Crispy potatoes with other veggies and flavors mixed in. And I’ve never had eggs like that but it just worked wonderfully. Corn tortillas came out burning hot and soft. I’m usually a green salsa guy (and it was great) but the red salsa was super flavorful and just spicy enough. Also grabbed a burrito for the road which was shockingly big and kept me going through lunch and dinner. Service: fast, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I doubt anyone has ever had a complaint. Easy parking and nice atmosphere. Relaxing traditional Mexican music to set the scene. 10/10 would recommend to anymore who wants quality food at a reasonable price with excellent service. My only regret is not buying a jar of salsa on the way out! ”
